CFCI, or CFC International has a center in Hyderabad, located at Hitec, Madhapur. All new employees are run through an interesting and invigorating few weeks of training, that ensures a warm and comfortable transition into the actual work profile. Once the trainees ‘hit the floor’ (or, in other words, start working independently), they are welcomed into their respective teams by their designated Team Lead. Facilities at CFCI, Hyderabad, are equally good, with the best of infrastructure to ensure that the employee’s comfort and basic necessities at work are not compromised. The plush office and work area is adequately acclimatized, has ergonomically safe seating chairs, system monitors that are sleek and friendly on the eye, and a good (what I’d call a..) ‘foot space index’ – that is, the total work area divided by the number of working employees has been carefully designed to avoid herding. Each employee’s workspace is at a comfortable distance from that of the neighbor’s…beside and behind!

The CFC exclusive employees’ cafeteria is a wonderful place where colleagues unwind during their breaks. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks are served in hygienic surroundings almost round-the-clock, and are reasonably priced. The menu is varied, and the food is of great quality! The ultra health-conscious will find the fruit juice or the ‘fruit plate’ interesting.
